Ticketing is the club's choice: connect the ticketing platform you already use,
or use wehave's own ticketing. The hospitality and B2B side works the same either
way. Ticketing platforms are built to sell one seat to one fan who pays by card.
A partner is different: a contract, an allocation of seats, guest names that
change weekly, catering and dietary requirements per guest, and an invoice on
agreed terms. That B2B layer is what wehave always handles; if you keep your
existing platform, it stays responsible for selling single seats to individual
fans:

- Partner self-service portals — partners enter and change their own guest names
- Guest register with dietary requirements per guest
- Catering exports with exact headcount, current until your cut-off
- Digital matchday check-in and attendance records
- Automated invitations, reminders and upsell offers
- Invoicing on contracted terms

- First 300 guests per season are free (hospitality covers and B2B tickets combined)
